The food here is absolutely amazing! The owner is so sweet and brought us out samples of things to try since we were really interested in everything on the menu. We will definitely be back every time we visit vegas!

Mama Kathy and Brother D are amazing! My husband and I went for the first time today and was blown away! They have a solid lunch special we got the flavorful Chicken Curry and PLEASE get their Mango juice! Their pink potato salad brought me back to when my Grams made it! Make sure you eat in! Such a vibe!

Wow I have been looking for a taste of home since I moved to vegas about a year ago with no luck. I looked up Trinidadian restaurants in Vegas and came across this place after reviewing all their reviews! I must say customer service was 100% food was 100%. I ordered a bunch of things for myself and my front desk valet. The curry chicken, rice, Mac and cheese and plantains was on point. Wish I could give them 10 stars for customer service A

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO HERE AND SPEND ALL OF YOUR MONEY. Hands down one of the best meals of my life. As a tourist to Vegas, my husband and I were hoping to find an off the Strip restaurant and we found The Pink Potato Caribbean Cuisine thanks to Keith Lee on TikTok. We tell everyone about this restaurant and were blown away by the food and the hospitality!!!

Kathy is the best chef hands down the food was phenomenal my mouth is watering now as I type this out and the service was amazing. I got the jerk chicken with red beans and rice and the pink potato salad. (Finger licking good) she even threw in a couple snow crabs on the house. Love love love this spot. Will def be back. Let’s not forget to shoutout Douglas for his phenomenal customer service as well.

this place was amazing. the food is insanely good i’ve never ate oxtail so tender and juicy and it just melts in your mouth!! don’t get me started on the rice. also the owners are soo warm and friendly they made me feel like i was at my aunties house i love this place i highly recommend! they also gave us a free drink on the house and an extra plate of rice for my baby!!! nicest people ever i love them both so much

Found this Caribbean restaurant on my walk today. Figured I would swing in an give it a try, never had Caribbean food before. Walked in and the service was amazing. The owner was super nice and was super understanding since I didn't know what anything was, so it took me a while to order. I got the Creole sautéed shrimp... Amazing 10/10. The rice was just as good. Now, the pink potato salad. I am a total hater of potato salad, potatoes should never be boiled then chilled before eating. I will die on that hill... But when I tell you I stopped short of licking the bowl clean, I'm not kidding. I don't know how they are made but, they were out of this world. I also tried Passion Fruit Juice for the first time and being ice cold it hit the spot after walking all day. So, no joke, 10/10 HIGHLY recommend if you are in the Las Vegas area, swing in and try this amazing place. I will definitely be going back a lot.
